How far in advance should I book?
To ensure your reservation, booking 2–3 weeks earlier is recommended, particularly for the high season months of May to September. For business functions or private parties, plan to book 4–6 weeks beforehand for improved options and time for personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our highest concern. In the event of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, we will propose a rescheduling to an alternative date or offer a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will reach out to you if there are any concerns 24 hours prior to your planned departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. Additionally, we provide exceptional catering services with menus that can be tailored to your preferences. Be aware that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on our vessels.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
It is our goal to cater to all patrons. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility than others. We encourage discussing any particular requirements you may have when making your booking, and we will advise you on the most appropriate yacht and arrange the necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations processed 72 hours or more before departure are fully refundable. If a cancellation is made between 24 and 72 hours ahead, there is a 50% refund issued. For cancellations within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable, except in instances of adverse weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
